Moen T3111BN Kingsley Moentrol Valve Trim Kit without Valve, Brushed Nickel Review

Despite having my tile setter install the valve that goes with this trim exactly as specified, when this trim was installed the handle sat about 3/4" out from the escutcheon. Apparently they redesigned this trim piece so it no longer works with the valve, or perhaps they redesigned the valve? Don't know what the problem is but if they had had instructions with the trim indicating this change it would have been easy to adjust the valve placement so that the trim would install properly. Too late for that now so I have to live with a funny looking trim in what is otherwise a wonderful shower. Thanks Moen!
