The hammer action on my old stand-by D-handle Hitachi stopped working and I wanted to step up in quality. I shopped the Bosch price at Home Depot and then checked Amazon. I not only found the Bosch at a lower price, but discovered this Dewalt at a lower price. I have already been sold on Dewalt's quality and decided to buy this model to see if the shock reduction and the shorter, compact length could make working with the tool more friendly. When I used this for the first time I looked at the chuck to see if it was turning. It was, but the vibration was reduced so much it felt like I was simply pressing the drill point against the stone. This drill is awesome. It is easier to handle because of the compact design. The vibration is reduced which again adds to the ease of handling. And, of course, the drill does make holes just like other drills. Price and performance are so high I would recommend this particular tool over any D-handle style hammerdrill.

Anaheim AH-1300SS-C Quick and Hot Instant Hot Water Tank Review

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I felt I had to on this one. First off, I really like the idea of instant hot drinking water for tea and other things, and that's why I decided to install one of these setups. I tackled installing this on my own with a filter and a vented faucet, and I have to say that it's not a project for the faint of heart.

Now when I finally got everything up and going, the tank got up to temperature once and then never turned on again. !!!DON'T STOP READING HERE!!! I verified that there was electricity everywhere, and then assumed that there was something wrong with the tank (so I thought). I called Anaheim Manufacturing and they immediately sent me a replacement. the replacement work for about two months, and it quite working as well. Again, they immediately sent me a replacement, and before I could even get the first replacement un-installed, something caught my eye with the wiring I had done myself. as I dug into the electrical box, I found a wire that had come loose, but was still touching the terminal. In other words, there was enough contact for there to be signs of voltage, but not enough for the unit to draw enough current to work.

Once I fixed the problem, the tank worked just fine. a matter of fact all the tanks they had sent me were just fine. I felt like a complete idiot. There was never anything wrong with either of the tanks that I had thought were bad. All along it was my own lousy wiring job. So, I called Anaheim and told them the whole story and offered to send the two extra units back at my own expense, and pay them something for the one used unit. Instead the lady on the phone chuckled and said that she was going to send me a return authorization, and a UPS shipping label at no charge to return the two working units that I still had. I was pleasantly shocked. it's hard to find companies with such excellent customer service.

This is a very nice faucet. It is well made and works great. Installation was straight forward although the very large flat nuts for securing the handles can be tricky to tighten if you have limited room like I did. If you are replacing the sink at the same time, installing this faucet first would probably make it a lot easier.

The lever part of the handle is removable, but I didn't figure that out until I was done. It might help speed up installation knowing you can adjust, although only in certain amounts.

Included in the box is a matching very nice pop-up drain assembly.

Niagara 77001WHCO1 Stealth 0.8 GPF Elongated and Tank Combo, White Review

I did some research online about quiet low volume toilets. This is the only toilet on the market that uses vacuum assist which makes for the quietest flushes. I found it cheaper online off of Amazon. I ordered a TOTO SS114-01 Transitional SoftClose Elongated Toilet Seat, Cotton White to go with it as the Stealth doesn't ship with a seat (despite the photos on the product pages). I installed it myself - very easy to do. It flushes quietly and only needs one flush to do the job. I'm looking forward to lower water bills.

Check your local water department for rebates. LADWP currently is giving a $100 rebate towards the purchase of efficient toilets which makes a new toilet slightly more expensive than replacing the fill valve and flappers in an old water wasting toilet.
