I replaced a noisy and ineffective 1999 Broan 100 CFM fan with this model. This is a great fan. It moves a lot of air, way more than the Broan. My bathroom mirror no longer fogs! The installation was truly heartbreaking but that was not the fan's fault. It is extremely quiet - shockingly so. The light is very bright although white. That is not an issue for me but it may be for some. If it is, I suggest looking for a bulb with a warmer color temperature.
