This innovative system will allow you to achieve the benefits of powder coating small parts instead of coating them with paint. All you need is a compressed air source (5-10 PSI from a portable tank with a regulator or a compressor), and an electric oven or toaster oven. The Hot Coat system should only be used in a clean, dry, well-ventilated work area! A dedicated electric oven should be used. This kit includes corona application gun, power unit (requires 115 VAC 60hz. grounded outlet), activator switch, and instructions. More powder color choices can be purchased separately from Eastwood.

It's a complete kit ready for use (except for airline fittings for the dryer and gun). It's extremely easy to set up and use. I was pleasantly surprised that the first batch of powder coated products were as nice as they were. I've probably coated 150 small items without an issue.
