This is my second daylight magnifying craft light. The old one's base just wore out. Be aware that the magnifying arm on this light is only 13 inches long ((the previous model had a 18 in. arm). 13 inches is way too short to use while sitting in a recliner!!!! The light is wonderful, but the arm length makes me not recommend this light at all!!
