In this video, I show 3 lights at about 30 yards away from a white shed (I would have been further but it was too misty to pick up distance shots).
1st light is a Fenix PD 35, 850 lumens
2nd light is this light, EagleTac SX25A6 1305 lumens
3rd light is a Streamlight SL20L 350 lumens

So, I have been using this light on clear nights and the beam is crazy. Wide spill, super long throw! I am talking about pushing 350-400 yards. I am LEO and when I first showed my partners at work, they were shocked at how bright the light was. Not only was it bright, but I was hitting targets further than some of us could make out exactly what it was. My favorite park about this light is that it runs on AAs batteries. Rechargeable lights are nice but in an emergency, where power goes out or your not near an outlet, you can load this light with new batteries and call it good. It is very easy to use and adjust the different settings. On a more clear day, I will try to update this review. Even on the 2nd setting, it's still 500+ lumens. I am all about 'power' and having a bright flashlight. It is such an important tool to have at night or in a dark building.
