Very well made heavy piece of hardware with a faucet end that is ready to accept any standard hose fittings. This is not what was required for my simple laundry room but I stuck a good quality hose nozzle on it and it works quite well. I was informed by the plumber who after 3 attempts was able to get the faucet installed that it would not pass inspection in our county if this had been a new home. The reason being it didn't come with a black flush preventer. I mention this to anyone who might be building.

The reason it took several attempts to get this installed was due to the manufacturer not including any hardware with the product for actually getting the faucet connected to the sink and then to the water supply. I had initially thought this was light plumbing because I was replacing an existing laundry sink. I called a handyman for the job who for $75 came out, assembled the sink, examined the faucet, identified the lacking hardware and recommended I call a plumber. I called a plumber -Jerry , for $50 he came out, didn't have hardware for connecting it and sent me with a list of what to buy at Lowes. At Lowes I found a fine gentleman who had been a plumber for over 30 years who called Jerry while I was in the store. During their conference call of about 15 minute duration was able to fish out all of the pertinent details to provision the installation. I got the impression that Jerry's education on how to handle the installation was greatly improved by his call with Lowe's guy. So with $90 in hardware and paint from Lowes. I had to paint the laundry room since the sink wasn't hiding the wall in spots any more. I was back home with Jerry plumber scheduled to come back the next day. He was successful and after writing another check for $185 my laundry room had received its cheap renovation. Yeah.....
