This is a handy little tool no doubt, but we did not realize that compact referred to the batteries not the tool. They are very lite and charge quickly but we use our tools hard and every day and really need the power and run time of the XRP batteries. Other than that we really like the weight and size and usefullness of the tool just wish we had done our homework a little better or that the description of the tool and batteries had been a little clearer.
