I stayed at a Drury Inn and they had the "1 jet" models in their bathrooms and I really liked it. When I saw that there is a "5 jet" model I figured what's not to love! However, the one I received leaked really bad around the front face where the adjustable face meets the housing. When I say leaked, I mean it poured out the lower side leaving very little to come through the nozzles. If I turned the adjustable face just right it would stop leaking but still had little pressure. I guess I got a bad one so I decided to send it back and go with the "one jet" model since I already knew how it was supposed to work. The one jet model is fabulous and I am very happy with it.
