I bought the kit to replace a failed Honeywell Universal Minicontroler. The unit itself is much better overall than the unit it replaces. It has an LCD screen for setup and diagnostics. Wire management is much better. Unit is more compact. My only complaint is the push in terminals. The older unit had screw down terminals and I much prefer these.

BIG issue with Amazon! They only shipped the controller!!! No transformer or Sensor. That was OK in that I only needed the controller, but I have paid for something that I did not get. Only way to fix it was to RETURN the controller and try again - with no confidence that the same thing would not happen a second time! Also was in desperate need of the controller. ZERO luck contacting Amazon to fix this.
