Bought the FM140 for a remote powered livestock gate on a private road that leads to my home. It has been in operation for a year and has worked well. Whether passed by cars, tractors, mowers or ATV's, the FM140 consistently recognizes vehicles and opens the gate. Just drive up an the gate opens. My only regret is the 100' cable that I chose. If I buy another, it will be a 200' cable to reduce wait time as the gate opens.
